Training:
Crystal Mountain School of Massage Therapy
750 hours ~ graduated in 2000
Philosophy:
I believe in the power of massage to create vitality, rejuvenation, and ease in body and mind.
To provide an experience that is relaxing and restorative, I offer a massage that integrates deep tissue techniques with smooth connecting and elongating strokes.
The focus of my work is to provide excellent service that enables you to:
~ move with greater freedom and agility
~ breath more fully
~ see your world in new and refreshing ways.
Understanding your specific massage needs is a priority for me. The time it takes to discuss this does not reduce your 30, 60 or 90-minute hands-on time.
Depending on your specific needs and requests, I incorporate a variety of modalities which include
Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Forearm Flow, Sports Massage, and Swedish.
Why I am a massage therapist:
I love to move and be active while keeping my stress levels low. I intention is to help others in living a full active life with grace and ease. In addition, I am fascinated by the amazing abilities of the human body and enjoy being able to learn more through my work.
About Me: My husband & I live in Gila Hot Springs on a few acres with a simple house and solar electricity. I treasure the strong community values of this valley as well as the quiet nights to learn new things. In addition to massage therapy, I work clearing trails in the Gila & Aldo Wildernesses. I am devoted to keeping the trails open so many can enjoy & rejuvenate in these pristine Wildernesses.
Hobbies:
